Pros

Quite good coding practices in some projects. Certain freedom of choosing the technologies.

Cons

Toxic atmosphere, as I can see now. Not all teams have the same level, so your experience depends on a team you end up in. C++ knowledge is valued more than the product side, which is not good. NIH syndrome all over the place

Company always looks for the best, for new opportunities and it creates a chance to grow. A wide range of industries allows to know something new every day.

Cons

Company looks for new opportunities, but avoid making decisions, whether to approach them or drop. Any potential venture will stuck in presentations and discussions until it rots. Poor distribution of decision making process.
