Pros
Great company to work for even better management and the employees are all motivated to reach the same goals. Also they try to keep it fun by letting the whole floor get up and play a game like family feud or 21. Also the company is family owned and operated. They also provide incentives for participating in their training program which is designed to train you for upper management.
Cons
Mandatory overtime was required when I was there. You have to come in for four hours and the building was only open from eight to six pm and from eight to noon in Saturday's.
