The pay is decent, and though coworkers are decent as well, they aren't someone I'd be friends with

You won't have a life in here when you start working in this company. All the employees and staff do is to work, catch up on deadlines, and followers orders. They don't do anything to have fun, relax and unwind. Not my kind of thing.
