Pros

if you become friends with leadership, you'll do well.

Cons

if leadership was given a hypothetical choice between hiring a bunch of rockstars in a billion-dollar company or hiring their friends in a failing company, it's obvious which they'd choose. to top it off, senior leadership has zero experience managing people and makes one terrible decision after another.

Most of the execs don't have a clue

Pros

Great mission, and great people to work with (for the most part) for the daily business operations.

Cons

Platform rarely worked in a consistent manner. Significantly few people in charge were interested in improving the core product and sticking with the model that made them successful. They'd rather always chase that next project that would make them hugely successful (it hasn't yet). The only one of the execs that actually cared got sidelined by the others, unfortunately. Also, I'll second the person in another review talking about they have no grace when letting go up to half the company - no warning for termination, and the severance issue was muddled and not what was stated. Oh, you are also immediately locked out of Insperity, too, so good luck getting any financial info, etc, you might need unless you call up Insperity yourself to fix it all. Brilliant, guys. You didn't even learn from the first round of mass layoffs, and just did the exact same thing again, and probably will again. I recommend everyone there have their resume polished and ready at all times.
