401k match is about the only pro I can come up with.

Cons

I have NEVER been involved with an organization where the culture is so bad. The amount of micromanagement and discrimination is outrageous. Additionally, if you think you have any inclination of being able to work from home, you can forget about it. In fact, you are required to make notations of everything you do in 15 min increments.

Challenging problems, exciting work across numerous project types including flight test, a lot of room to learn and grow, numerous long term (15+ years) employees inspire confidence in growth and a solid career path

Cons

High stress at times given scope of work and engineering challenges. Small and scrappy environment can be good and bad at the same time
