The owner runs hot and cold. One month he thinks you walk on water, and the next he's threatening to fire you. Salaries are well below industry average, and raises are few and far between. They do give bonuses occasionally, and management always points that out when asked for a raise, but they don't seem to understand that infrequent bonuses are not the same as a regular bump in income.

Lack of leadership and narrow minded thinking resulted in complete inability to grow business and bring new customers on board. Not a single new source of revenue retained during duration of employment. Owner repeatedly wanted to fire his most loyal and valuable employees. Poor hiring choices and promotions allowed the 'wrong type of people' to cause problems.
