Extremely shady

Pros

NONE that come to mind.

Cons

No checks and balances, everything goes through one person and every exec team member is terrified. Low wages and expected to work off hours and without pay. Company under several reviews from state officials for missing documents. Company in serious financial stress which trickles down to all employees in every office throughout the state. Company lacks honesty and values.

Pros

Flexible Hours Two Week Time Off Policy

Cons

Pay is realistically $21-$23 per hour because their rate is based on the length of your shift. Management at the Bremerton location is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They give caregivers difficult to work with/rude clients then hold any and all complaints against them. They don't account for the client's behavior when they get complaints. Very frustrating and makes caregivers feel like they are doing a bad job because the company never supports you. No opportunity for career advancement or a raise. If you are a male, good luck trying to find good clients or shifts because most clients want female only care and the company doesn't care about giving you hours.
