Great Working Environment: The company provides a great working environment, which is essential for fostering creativity and collaboration. Continuous Learning and Rapid Growth: The company fosters a culture of continuous learning and incorporate learning goals as part of individual KPI. Very importantly is reasonable creates room and time for learning.
Cons
Startup Challenges: As a startup, the company may not have a fully fixed structure in place, which could be challenging for some employees who prefer a more structured environment. No Mediocre Work and Lack of Growth is accepted. The organization is interested in productivity cum results and very importantly the processes that achieved the results and not interested in mere activities with no results.
