Pros
The tech team has great colleagues and help is always offered when needed. Better than average benefits (lunch, exercise, massage, lenient remote opportunities) and a little more.
Cons
The company is still a little fresh from a merge and this has affected the leadership somewhat. People feel confused while new guidelines and policies have been prepared.
