Cons
I really don't know what to write in cons section. Only con which i can think right now is working days here. Out of 4 saturdays in a month, you need to work on 3 Saturdays and take one sat as an optional off. However, this is common in every growing company. So nothing wrong in this. You can always balance your personal and professional life here. Its worth it.
