Pros
Lots of great people work here. Lovely campus. Good benefits such as low cost healthcare. A pervasive sense of purpose -- they take their mission of providing education very seriously.
Cons
Internal politics, some people can be a real pain to deal with, and your perceived rank is often more important than what you can do and who you are. The blame game. At times much is demanded of you -- pressure! Though the place has a reputation of being high-paying, the pay is actually pretty poor for most positions other than near at the top.
