Administration will not allow remote work whatsoever, despite a lot of the work being things that can easily be done remotely. Admin knows this, and they know they lose employees because of this, and they do not care. They require over 40 hours a week in the office (I say over 40 because you are mandated to take a minimum of a 30 minute lunch per day so you are actually expected to have 8.5 hour work days). Benefits do not kick in until you have worked 3 months, so you wont have any PTO or health insurance during that time. If you have to take a day off during the first 3 months it just adds to your probationary period where you do not get any benefits and can be fired at any time for any reason.
