High turnover leads to many friendships, but toxic management prevails

You will meet lots of friends as there is such a high turnover rate

Cons

Pay was high but hasn't kept up with inflation. Management is completely toxic and incompetent. Everyone is doing the job of 3 or 4 people and there is no help from management just harassment.
