Beware of Sketchy Management

Lots of opportunity to work and pick up shifts (mostly due to high staff turnover) Most of staff is really nice and fun to work with Half-off food

Cons

Management is not always professional and preferential toward certain staff which leads to unfair section rotation and equal opportunity to work parties

-shorter work day on friday

-Upper management is out of touch and is not personable. Micro manages everyone and does not let people do their job. Expects people to take on tasks that are outside of their pay grade. -very unorganized with processes and procedures. Changed every week and nobody ever knows if they are doing something 100% correct. -Benefits are the most expensive I’ve ever seen at a company. -lots of turnover

Loved working there until New Management took over then they let some of us go to make room to hire their friends
