      Decent pay but not worth the disharmony between departments. Sr Management is terrible.

      decent pay, some dedicated hard working employees

      Cons

      Each department manager runs things their own way. Departments do not work together, therefore it creates problems that become emergencies. Constantly putting out fires with physicians because of errors. Employees are treated differently within groups. Not much room for growth. Sr Management is not trustworthy.
