      - Good work culture although working hours may be high at times. - No senior junior hierarchy is maintained as such, approachable culture - Innovative range of products - Diversification opportunities

      - Salary to Work ratio low specially in junior level - Performance appreciation only during yearly appraisals - Leave policy has been made too stringent
