* Leadership Disconnect: Upper management seems adrift, with frequent strategy shifts and misaligned priorities. This has led to demoralization and a chaotic work environment. * Lack of Appreciation: Long hours and hard work go unrewarded, both in terms of compensation and basic recognition. This has contributed to high turnover of talented people. * Financial Myopia: Short-term cost-cutting measures frequently undermine long-term support structures and initiatives that genuinely help customers/clients. This results in a diminished overall experience for everyone involved.
