      Startup with a higher purpose...

      Pros

      This is a great environment in a smaller startup where there is a conspicuous lack of "BS" and hardworking people having a good time doing it together. Everyone is focused on "doing the right things right for the right reasons" and i've found that to be pretty rare.

      Cons

      None as of yet since the organization is relatively small. But it's on US to help ensure it stays that way as we help to guide the direction of the company as it grows.

      Pros

      Great work environment, great people, and an exciting company. It's amazing to work with a group of people who are so committed to making a real difference in the lives of their employees and clients. I've never worked anywhere that truly wanted to make such a positive impact in the lives of the people they work so hard for. You can't say enough for the management. They have an amazing plan for the future and are without a doubt the most approachable group I've ever worked with. Everyone's input is valued.

      Cons

      If you're looking for an established company that's been doing business forever, this may not be for you. It's a startup with a mountain of potential that has already penetrated multiple markets. That's not much of a con...If you want to go with a boring, established, stuffy corporate atmosphere, stuck-in-a-rut company, there's a million out there. But if you want something exciting, and possibly game changing...

      Pros

      Genesys Talent is a refreshing place to work. The team and company culture seem to make me feel welcome to just be me. It is a place where innovation from all team members is highly encouraged and rewarded. I truly cannot think of another place I would rather work.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the fact that Genesys Talent is a startup company. This is only a con if your goal is to find a position at an established company with rigid boundaries in return for stability. If you like taking risks, breaking the mold, and having huge room to grow there are no cons here.
