Lot of space for learning. Big stepping stone for freshers. Exposure to a vast range of products.

Cons

Ego and attitude problem in upper management. Lots of miscommunication within regional offices and head office. Disproportionate salaries. Untimely payment of reimbursements. Rude behaviour of bosses to their subordinates. No clarity on monetary credentials. Poor work culture as there is strict login time but extended logout time. Poor appraisals , no health insurance and insecurity feelings.
