There are a few very knowledgeable people that are fantastic to learn from. Overall, everyone is very welcoming at first and willing to help.
Cons
As an employee who has worked at this site before the Genezen transition, there has been a drastic shift in leadership and morale. A lot of empty promises are made, and I truly do not feel supported in my role. There are also company monetary concerns, but they are still hiring for several roles. I feel as though for one step in the right direction the company makes, two poor decisions are then made.
Overall, the company is in good condition. Despite being relatively new in the MA area, it’s a great place to work with plenty of opportunities and a positive environment.
Cons
Career progression at this company depends heavily on the department and manager. Some managers are very hands-on, providing great mentorship and clear feedback, which helps career growth. However, others are more hands-off, which can slow down progress.
