      Pros

      Nice people to work with until they quit before you. Very high turnover.

      Cons

      Horrible, horrible hours. You are working more than even a retail job. The hours are so crazy that you will have ZERO personal time. Even on your day off (yes, one day), you may need to come in for a car delivery or loose half the commission. You work bell to bell from 9-8 frequently, and 9-6 others. Only an occasional Sunday off. No time to even mow your lawn during the week!

      Great location, great co-workers

      Cons

      Micro managed with no room for growth. Employee turn over is so high! Never have I seen so many new faces so quickly. Seems if something doesn't work they'll find someone else to do it.
