      A company with a fantastic legacy that has completely lost its way

      Pros

      Excellent office, workspace, equipment, work/life balance.

      Cons

      Poor culture, weak inexperienced management. Highly bureaucratic, non-existent on-boarding process, complete denial across the executive in an organisation failing on all leading indicators and targets. Extremely high attrition rates with many disgruntled employees as a result of poor leadership. Beware.

      Pros

      Excellent management with a plan for the future. The management really cares about the individual employees and is actively working to improve all aspects of the company. Competitive salary with generous raises based on hard work. Yearly bonuses based on business targets are also good. Good work/life balance with staff encouraged to have a life outside of work. Opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Innovation within the company can be lacking at times. Seems to be improving though.

      I found this workplace to be a great start to my career. There were no cons to my time spent at Genie Solutions.
