Company is in financial distress and is unable to pay its suppliers on time. 1) Unable to provide reasonable lead times on product sales deliverables 2) Sales and technical services department lacks the technical and industry knowledge 3) Product quality and workmanship is a major issue, due to the use of inferior parts 4) Employee morale is terrible, as the management team manages by intimidation 5) Very few dedicated employees, the majority of new hires are contract status employees
