      Pros

      Very clearly in January had a bunch of employees write false reviews. Only pro was you could manage your own time

      Cons

      Making people redundant left right and centre, piling on work to others when people are made redundant. Management are bullies, they don't listen to feedback and will never change. Wonder how many people will be made redundant this year while your reviews are talking about growth?!

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Of course, we are disappointed to hear that we didn't meet your expectations, during your 3-4 years with us. However, we have completed our employee survey, and your comments do not reflect our survey results or our values. We take all feedback seriously, therefore if you have any further feedback, please get in touch and the Group CEO or HR can review and action accordingly. Genmed have made only 2 roles redundant in the last 12 months which were as a result of restructuring to best service our customers rather than any downsizing. Any redundancies were not a loss of headcount but a re-structure and change of role only.

      Pros

      Genmed has a genuinely supportive culture where leadership is approachable and open to feedback. I’ve felt encouraged to develop professionally and have enjoyed being part of a team that makes a real difference in healthcare. As the company grows, continuing to refine internal processes will help maintain the strong culture and efficiency.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow there can sometimes be pressure on certain departments with the workload, but there are always new roles cropping up to help avoid this.
