      Love the people. They are so compassionate and nice and it’s a very collaborative workspace.

      Pros

      A great chance to work alongside a very talented team of data scientists, biostatisticians, and UX designers. Genospace is solving some really interesting problems in healthcare and cancer research that are challenging but fun to work on. It's a tight-knit team that is passionate about what they do but have a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Projects are very dynamic so priorities can switch very quickly. Sometimes this requires balancing multiple projects and switching context at a rapid pace.
