      Only work here if it's a lab tech or sales role - They don't value client service employees

      -100% covered medical for individuals -Every day is different -Catered lunch every now and then

      Cons

      -Low pay, small bonuses, no 401k match, no real chance for promotion / raise -Understaffed team -Unorganized -No rewards / appreciation for great performance and hard work, but when one thing is missed they act like we aren't working hard -No real culture

      Worked remote so I didn’t have to deal the toxic upper management as much as others

      Cons

      Leadership is incredibly toxic and incompetent. It’s unfortunate because the lab seem to have a lot of potential.
