The surrounding personalities are great.

Cons

The work environment set by leadership & HR is toxic. There is an unspoken understanding that there is zero job security. In my experience, tons of micromanagement on the day to day, little if any reassurance on career path and growth. The people as people are great, but the business actions are poor poor
