Pros
I’ve been with this mid-sized promotional company in Toronto for a few years, and overall it’s been a positive experience. The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely cares about doing great work for clients. Leadership is approachable, and because the company isn’t too large, you have the chance to wear many hats and learn a lot quickly. Work–life balance is generally good, and the office environment is friendly. The company handles a high volume of projects, so things can get fast-paced during peak seasons, but that’s standard for the promotional industry.
Cons
There’s still room for improvement in streamlining processes and communication between departments, but I’ve noticed efforts being made to address this. Benefits are decent and continue to evolve as the company grows.
