      Management, lot of politics, no one from the management doesn't give any proper response

      Pros

      A desire to grow big keeps the company a good place to work but old Genzeon is losing its shine.

      Cons

      Recently a new PnC head was hired. She is just moving people from one place to another. I had to leave my seat from 2.5-3 years just because she wants it. Zero input in improving salaries and all disturbance. Worst HR Head ever in the company!
