Pros
The projects are cool and interesting. Everyday has something new and exciting to look into. It's a small company, so everyone helps each other out. Even the CEO steps in at times. And the LA office is really nice and has an AMAZING view of the city. You can take the subway to work. And the company is definitely growing.
Cons
It's still a small business, so you tend to wear many hats at times. As it continues to grow, things will fall more into place. The work environment has more of a classic vibe than Google or Facebook. Business attire isn't required but people still dress up to work.
