      Pros

      The people I work with are the best part about working at GSI They’re a great group of people who have each other’s backs. I know they’re there to listen to my ideas and aren’t afraid to share their thoughts and opinions with me. Whenever we work together as a team we jump on it immediately because we know we can rely on one another to get the work done.

      You can only get so many days off.

      Amazing culture, excellent commitment to safety, really interesting work. Best place I have ever worked -- feels like a family.

      Long hours, takes real commitment, they don't tolerate mediocrity.

      Good pay and benefits and they are willing to train you.

      Cons

      Demanding schedule. They expect you to be able to run out the door at a moments notice and not turn up at home for weeks with only a day or two between being gone.
