Oh boy, where do I start.
1. Company incurred huge losses in the last fiscal year (2013-14) and it hasn't stabilised yet.
2. I was promised a raise after a completion of 3 months. But they fired me stating that I had "not been upto the mark" whereas that statement couldn't be further away from the truth. The real problem was they couldn't afford me a raise, but they twisted and turned facts due to that. It is really shameful.
( I was already assigned on a project which ended in February, yet they had to use such a flimsy excuse)
3. I was also promised an extra month of compensation, but later when it came to that they flat out refused to pay stating the same excuse that they had fired me for. I din't pursue the matter as it was only a month's amount and I already had a much better offer in my hands.
4. Compensation is not up to the mark at all.
