Latitude is a great company to work for, filled with great people who genuinely care about the work that they do. The social atmosphere is also great here, as you will almost always find a group of people hanging out on the rooftop patio on a Friday evening.
Cons
Being a small-medium sized company, there isn't a lot of room for career advancement. Some opportunities are definitely available though, but it's generally not presented as a clear path. Also, as noted by others, the pay ranges are generally on the low side.
