The product was really solid. Difficult to learn everything at first but unlike SaaS roles I’ve been in, we actually delivered physical products, so it felt a lot more rewarding when following up with customers. Especially as the Production Team was really delivering well in the last few months before I left. The people around you actually knew the industry too, as they were quite a mature team. So you aren't constantly explaining the basics to your own team. If you were hitting your numbers, you get noticed and rewarded quickly. There’s a lot of room to move up if you’re hungry.

Geomiq is structured in such a way where communication between teams is seamless which improves productivity. I was able to have ownership of the entire ML and data engineering lifecycle, that was a plus for me. An amazing place to learn and grow technically.
