1. Great culture (I know everyone says it, but it really is supportive and fun) 2. Decent pay. You're not going to get rich, but you'll make a good living and have the chance to move up. 3. Lots of chances for upward and horizontal movement. 4. Very diverse workforce. Age, race, experience, geography, we really walk the walk and not just making a good talk. If you're an older worker, this is a great place for you! 5. Happy customers. It helps when you have a good product.
Cons
1. Limited training resources. Learn fast or get overwhelmed 2. It's a small company, so be prepared to always give 110%
