      pays on time understandable with appointments

      Cons

      lack of transparency lack of career progression, growth or investment into existing personal hiring unqualified personal with better pay than qualified existing (friends of friends) finding excuses around budgets but they can find budgets when hiring friends only 1-2% annual increase in pay
