Bullying, face fits culture. HR do not listen and also heard some predjudicial comments from a HR staff member during my time here..

Cons

Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations from senior leadership at directorship level who resort to bullying and gaslighting to enforce change. Staff are completely demoralised and most suffer from poor mental health as a result. High turn over of decent staff who can’t stick the culture anymore.

No ownership which makes it impossible to achieve anything Bullying and verbal abuse in culture You are employed to do a job and they do not listen to your recommendations and advice Then when they go against it they ask you what you will do to fix it
