      Pros

      I have worked at George Harms construction as a welder for many years and I can say that there are good and bad days. This wouldn't be an honest review if I did not say that but there is not one day that I am not grateful for the life that this company had given me. The salary is great, The 401k plans are outstanding, The insurance is amazing.

      Cons

      Construction is a very hard job and if you are not ready to work hard for it then do not apply for this company

      Harms demands the very best and you have to give your all which leaves you feeling challenged every day. Lots of opportunities to learn.
