I worked here for two weeks as an estimator. Very disappoint in the owner. I was offered Salary at a certain amount. When my first paycheck was received I wasnt on salary and was paid 7 dollars less than expected. Immediately I was discourages and spoke with the owner. He said "yeah, we think your better hourly and worth this much. I have a spreadsheet on how I did math. I'll email it to you later." I was shocked. I was getting paid less than the job I left. I immediately began looking for work. I was glad to be accepted back to where I was previously employed. Beware of this company. I took a man's word and now I know its worth.
