Pros
many people on the admin team are creative and passionate about their work and are very kind working 1 on 1, I met some incredible artists and educators while here; the NBPAC theatre is an exciting new facility.
Cons
my experience of the DEI work of leadership was significantly lacking, heartbreakingly performative and harmful; feedback from the bottom up was not prioritized; patterns of abuse of power went unchecked; salaries were low with no formal review process; mental health and wellness of staff was not a priority

Great coworkers, location is ideal, schedule is not too taxing
Cons
Leadership believe the company is better than it is and treats staff & stakeholders with Broadway caliber expectations. There is a lot of work to be done in recognizing this is a small regional theater with a different capacity than commercial spaces.
