      Resigned after 48 years because I was given 1 week to accept a new position that included a 72% pay reduction..

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with most of my co-workers. I enjoyed most of the first 35 years or so and was never written up for any infractions during the 48 years.

      Cons

      Management shift that devalues long term employees in my opinion. In the last 11 months, 5 employees with about 200 years of service to GTH have left, 4 resigned and 1 retired.
