      Pros

      Basic 401k- not matched, guaranteed shift if scheduled to work, tech's are great to work with, you make the environment what you do on your shift.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement, not positive environment, salary minimal, techs are not appreciated well for efforts, extra work, and caring demeanor with patients.

      Work hours are guaranteed! If your scheduled to work, you work. Patients hardly every cancel or do not show up! Only work 3 12 hr shifts per week.

      Cons

      not many benefits offered, only health insurance and 401k
