Worst place I’ve ever worked

Decent pay compared to the local school system

Cons

Everything. Principal and Assistant Principals had little to no experience in CTAE coursework Expected to be at their beck and call weekends and late evenings. Including parents. Staff meetings went till 5. I felt completely unprepared for the first day All of the new CTAE teachers were given 60+ students in each class while the more experienced GCA teachers had 10-20. Extremely TOXIC work environment. So bad I had to get a PAGE attorney involved.
