No support from management and show a lot of favoritism. Company more concerned about chasing the dollar rather than patient care and will nickel and dime every patient. There is not enough staff as is shown by all open positions, but are reprimanded if you get overtime. Communication is nonexistent, and instead of doing what you were hired to do, you have to answer a million emails and respond to team chats all day.
