Pros

The company offers flexibility, but the flexibility is not worth the poor direction and little assistance you will receive. You have the choice with some jobs to work from home but you will absorb all expenses in doing so and must have your own equipment. Normal company reimbursable expenses are paid below standards or not at all. The company offers insurance, vision, dental etc., however co pays are high in terms of health insurance and dental coverage. No saving plans or FSA programs are in place.

Cons

The company is very disorganized. Management lacks the necessary skills in guiding and leading staff or the company. Communications is poor and unwelcome. Compensation is low. The company wants more for less and does not equip employees with the necessary tools in becoming successful. The company is all about self. All they care about is their bottom line. Staff members come across as being supportive, but they are not. The company does not have a good reputation with services it has provided.

Pros

- flexibility - make your own schedule - take as few or as many clients as you like - okay benefits (if you can meet their productivity standards) - opportunities for promotion

Cons

- constant changes and shifting in management due to high rates of employees leaving the company - CEO has no mental health background - management focus more on money as opposed to taking care of employees - productivity standards are difficult to meet to be considered full time - meeting clients in office is rarely an option - managers and team leads are often Bachelor level workers with no real counseling experience and manage teams of counselors - pressure to keep clients, even if it is unethical or unsafe to do so - everyone is expected to keep a caseload of clients, no matter your role in the company - it will take months to get insurance units sometimes
