Pros
Interacting with guests, being able to fix a guests mood, free lunch everyday. Thew few good Coworkers.
Cons
They work you like a slave, you have to PAY $90/MONTH FOR PARKING or do what they consider "STEALING" and use another associates parking pass! THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES! Don't provide enough uniforms. This place doesn't have money in the budget to buy uniforms and necessities for agent but will spend money on tv's and renovations for one weeks conference. Family Emergency? Sick? "WE DON'T BELIEVE YOU." Management shows favoritism to whoever kisses their butt and they are hypocrites. They will tell you to not do something then you'll watch them do the same thing. There is a lot of attitudes and gossip among coworkers. You can't communicate with other departments sometimes without them sounding bitter. Bitter old people. You also have managers that aren't professional and will talk about crazy stuff in front of guests . Then you have managers that act afraid when speaking in front of guests! WOW, Great management.
