A lot of employees have been screwed over with poor planning of staff movements after projects, being put onto projects that don’t suit them, despite promises made to the contrary. After takeover, have become more hostile and culture has suffered. Compensation is average at best and certainly not market leading regarding salary reviews or raises either. Diversity of work in eastern region poor (mainly Government infrastructure, limited diversity in work). Projects recently won are all large JVs with limited room for internal promotion or development. Atmosphere feels like a large number of personnel will leave in the short-term.
