Pros

Geoscape doesn't back away from any solar project. They instead figure out what the customers needs are and tailors a project to them. If you bring leads here, they all have a strong shot at closing. Strong communication internally. Management listens very well and doesn't micro manage. SunPower Loyalty company allows us to offer the best product out there at the best pricing. They always find a solution to any economic change. Competitive pay and bonus. Easy to get a company car by your second year if you perform. Well rounded and innovative

Cons

For a sales position you need to have a solid understanding of finance and be willing to learn how to manipulate a quote on an advanced excel tool. Training is minimal and your survival depends on your motivation to ask questions and put yourself in situations where you will learn. You will always get help and get the answer to your questions.
