Majority of the staff were great to work with Good atmosphere Easy to get too Some benefits were good Good social environment

Cons

Accounts a law unto themselves Senior Accountant seemed to have no idea about ethics The wrong people seemed to get pulled over the coals where as some staff would get away with anything Again Accountant untouchable for some reason Badly managed department Theft within Tech dept could have been caught before it escalated

Intelligent coworkers Technology was very good

Cons

Oil and gas service companies tend to struggle in the downturns and Geotrace did not survive this one.

Pros

Great people to work with some great training possibilities if interested. Location wise you had a short walk to train station and town centre

Cons

Unfortunately the company went into administration and all employees were made redundant because of the down turn in the oil industry
