-Say they support different background, sexes etc but deep down you know it's just said for show and ultimately it is still an old, racist, sexist white boys club at the heart of it all. -Very unsociable for a property firm, if you're looking for regular socials and a chance to interact with your fellow colleagues this is not the place. -Low paying in comparison to other firms. -No communication from the top down, everything is kept very hush hush, you will lose trust from your employees if this continues to happen (which it does).

Not particularly laid back. The culture is still a bit outdated and organisation very hierarchical. Sometimes feels like Partners have an us and them attitude to employees below Partner level. Recent sale was leaked before staff were told, and then leak dismissed by CEO despite it being true - as if he thinks we are all gullible fish. Diversity could be better at entry level.
